Full job description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • CPA or equivalent work experience in the area of General Bookkeeping, government compliance, audit financial reporting.
  • At least 3–5 years of working experience in the related field if required for this position.
  • Proficient in Excel and any accounting software; knowledge of QuickBooks Accountant Version is an advantage.
  • Must be a smart worker, organized, analytical, and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A good team player and works with minimum supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares financial reports and validates account schedules.
  • Validates bank reconciliation and cash position report.
  • Checks all journals, correcting and adjusting entries.
  • Leads in various government compliance and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual submission).
  • Validates payroll prepared by HRD.
  • Validates disbursement and receipts.
  • Prepares special projects.
  • Assists the Immediate Head during interim and annual audit.
  • Assists the Immediate Head in collaborating with other departments, auditors, and other 3rd parties.
  • Participates in inventory and spot cash audits and other internal compliance.
  • Implements necessary internal control.
  • Participates in individual or group special projects or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php37,600.00 per month
