Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant, food retail, or multi-unit operations industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales management, cost control, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
- Willing and able to travel extensively within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and performance of assigned stores to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
- Monitor staffing levels, workforce productivity, and employee performance to ensure efficient store operations.
- Conduct regular store audits, inspections, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with support departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training, to support store operations.
- Assist in new store openings, store transitions, and the implementation of company initiatives and operational programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stores.
