Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant, food retail, or multi-unit operations industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales management, cost control, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting systems.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and performance of assigned stores to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned locations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.
  • Monitor staffing levels, workforce productivity, and employee performance to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Conduct regular store audits, inspections, and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with support departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training, to support store operations.
  • Assist in new store openings, store transitions, and the implementation of company initiatives and operational programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stores.
