Assistant Restaurant Manager – Tapa King Drive and Dine

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business operations.
• Supervise and lead restaurant staff during assigned shifts while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and sanitation standards, occupational safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Monitor daily sales performance and support the implementation of sales-building activities to achieve store targets.
• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures, ensuring all operational checklists are completed accurately.
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and proper deployment of team members during peak and off-peak hours.
• Coach, train, and motivate employees to improve productivity, service quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor food preparation, product quality, and service speed to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent brand standards.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and implement appropriate service recovery actions.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stock rotation (FIFO), stock counts, and minimizing waste and spoilage.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures, POS reconciliation, and accurate completion of daily sales reports.
• Monitor labor cost, food cost, and controllable expenses while supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving profitability goals.
• Ensure restaurant facilities, equipment, and dining areas are properly maintained and immediately report maintenance concerns.
• Prepare and submit required operational reports and documentation accurately and on time.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
