Job Summary

We are looking for a Restaurant Admin Specialist (RAS) who is organized, detail-oriented, and good with numbers and Excel.

The RAS will check if the restaurant’s daily sales match the actual payments received from cash, credit/debit cards, Foodpanda, GrabFood, GCash, vouchers, and other payment channels.

The role will also handle chargebacks, customer complaints, refunds, appeals, and reimbursements, and make sure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by documents.

Key Responsibility

  • Reconcile daily sales, collections, and deposits.
  • Monitor all payment channels and transactions.
  • Identify and resolve payment variances and discrepancies.
  • Monitor chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and appeals.
  • Process and track reimbursements and adjustments.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales and variance reports.
  • Maintain complete and organized transaction records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
  • Assist with BIR records and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor petty cash and supporting documents.
  • Assist with inventory and other restaurant admin tasks.
  • Coordinate with stores, Operations, Finance, and payment providers.
  • Visit ArmyNavy stores as needed for admin and reconciliation concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, reconciliation, or administration is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF/IFERROR, and Pivot Tables.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.

Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to learn different systems and payment platforms.

Willing to travel and visit ArmyNavy stores.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
