Liquid Gold Wine & Spirits is looking for a professional, customer-focused Retail & Wine Experience Associate who enjoys hospitality, retail, and building relationships with customers.

This role goes beyond cashiering or food service. You’ll help customers discover wines and spirits, create memorable experiences, and represent a premium wine brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and confidently assist customers with wine and spirit recommendations

* Prepare and serve wines, cocktails, coffee, and other beverages according to company standards

* Manage retail sales, POS transactions, and daily cash handling

* Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked retail and bar environment

* Support inventory monitoring and stock replenishment

* Assist in wine tastings, in-store events, and customer engagement activities

* Meet daily sales and customer service standards

* Support opening and closing store procedures

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers

* Passionate about hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or wines

* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

* Comfortable achieving sales goals and recommending products

* Well-groomed with excellent communication skills

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

* Willing to learn about wines and premium spirits
