Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to company standards.
  • Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and preparation area.
  • Monitor inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of beverages served.
  • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Process customer bills and payments correctly.
  • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly arranged.

General Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in opening and closing store operations.
  • Support teammates and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Senior High school graduate or vocational graduate; college level is an advantage.
  • With experience in food and beverage service, café, or restaurant operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge in coffee preparation, cocktails and customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
