Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Korean dishes.
- Support the Korean Head Chef in preparing ingredients, cooking, and managing kitchen inventory.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety while ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, and organizing supplies.
- Occasionally assist or cover for the Head Chef when necessary.
- Ensure that all food preparation follows strict health and safety standards.
- Serve as a key kitchen personnel when the Head Chef is off duty.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cook Helper, Kitchen Helper, Food Service Staff, or similar position is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation.
- At least 5-10 years and above experience in the same field
- Graduate of Culinary Arts, BS HRM, Food Technology, or any related culinary field is a plus.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong willingness to learn Korean cooking and kitchen operations.
- Prior experience in cooking Korean cuisine is a strong advantage.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
