Full job description

Availability:

  • This position is on-call/as-needed, with work hours depending on scheduled events and business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service, catering, or banquet operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift event equipment as needed.
  • Must be willing to work on an on-call basis and accept shifts based on event schedules and operational needs.
  • Must be willing to render overtime work when required. Overtime work may be required during large events, peak periods, or operational demands and will be paid accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event requirements.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout events.
  • Coordinate with banquet supervisors and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
  • Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup.

Pay: From Php500.00 per day
