About the Job:

We are on the lookout for a Research Analyst to join our team and support our diverse clients. In this role, you’ll independently conduct investigations, establish, and manage investigative files for all new cases, communicating with third party vendors, utilizing company portals to track and store information and documents. If you possess exceptional research and analytical skills, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, this role is a perfect fit for you!


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct investigations from low to higher levels of complexity.
  • Conduct research and investigate companies, individuals, and events using various public and proprietary databases and the internet.
  • Extract essential information and analysis from investigations and intelligence products and incorporate the information into investigative reports.
  • Prepare and review all submitted investigative reports to ensure accuracy, research and investigative sufficiency, and professional quality.
  • Apply highly developed inductive reasoning skills to provide a proactive approach to potential threats.
  • Identify information and security gaps.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2 years of experience in researching or investigate work.
  • Knowledgeable with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Extremely strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize information
  • Organized and capable of multitasking
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently in stressful conditions
  • Able to implement changes relating to operations and external/internal environment, when necessary
  • Demonstrates integrity in all aspects of the work
  • Proven experience of upholding confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work onsite, graveyard shift, shifting schedules and overtimes
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Experience/knowledge in business, law or due diligence investigations is a plus but not required
