Job Overview
The role primarily starts with customer chat support, assisting customers with appliance inquiries, product recommendations, and order coordination. As you gain product knowledge and experience, there is an opportunity to advance into appliance sales, brand management, and product specialist roles.
This position requires strong management skills, excellent English communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer chat support professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers in selecting appliances based on their needs
- Learn and understand appliance products, features, sizing, and specifications
- Coordinate product orders, delivery schedules, and customer concerns
- Ensure products fit customer requirements and space specifications
- Manage customer expectations and provide excellent customer experience
