An HR Recruitment Specialist manages the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. They partner directly with department managers to understand staffing needs, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per hour
