Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field of study.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or any relevant role.
  • Strong communication (verbal/written), analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience offshore recruitment and deployment. Exposure in India Market is a plus.
  • Familiarity to use and maximize different job boards or portals.
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment process from sourcing to deployment.

Employment Details:

  • Remote / Work From Home Arrangement
  • Basic salary up to 60,000 - open for negotiation (subject for approval of HR Manager if above the budget)
  • Government Contributions, Leave Credit, HMO, etc.
  • Mid Shift (12:30 pm to 09:30 pm) - Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to travel in Singapore, Malaysia, and India (company expenses)

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
