MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

a. Implements plans and strategies designed to fulfill the staffing requirements of the organization.

b. Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, monitors and delivers organizational manpower requirements.

c. Manages the documentary requirements relative to onboarding and placement.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.

· Coordinate with hiring managers regarding the job responsibilities and prepares job description.

· Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

· Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, universities, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations and maintaining rapport.

· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.

· Fulfills manpower requirement on established timeline; fifteen (15) days for skilled / shop floor and thirty (30) days for support / office requirement.

· Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting, interviewing and evaluating job candidates prior endorsement to Hiring Managers.

· Provides prompt advice to Hiring Managers, Site Heads, Site HRs and HR Head of the interview schedule.

· Verifying references by conducting an employment background investigation to a successful candidate.

· Prepares comparative report and salary proposal to compare qualifications to job requirements and compensation package of an active or incumbent employee of the same position for submission to HR Head.

· Prepares job offer and secure approval of the HR Head and Country Head.

· Prepares and endorse the documentary requirements prior onboarding to Site HRs such as employment contract, organization announcement, etc.

· Coordinates and collaborates with the Site HRs and HR Head of the acceptance of offer letter.

· Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.

· Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.

· Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

· Sends weekly recruitment updates to HR Head for reference and monitoring.

· Submits manpower addition, deletion, attrition and hiring reports.

· Other tasks assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
