We are seeking to employ the service of Receptionist who will be responsible for greeting our visitors and providing exceptional customer service assistance.

Duties

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Notifies company personnel of the arrival of visitors.

Maintains the security and telecommunications system.

Inform visitors by answering or referring queries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.

Requirements and Qualifications

Verbal and written communication skills.
