Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator – Remote | U.S. Hours

About the Role

We’re hiring a highly organized and analytical Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator to help manage and optimize a growing real estate investment pipeline.

This role combines deal analysis, transaction coordination, pipeline management, and operational support. You’ll help evaluate opportunities while ensuring active deals continue moving efficiently from initial lead through closing.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and other partners to keep communication organized, deadlines on track, and deal information accurate.

What You’ll Own

Real Estate Deal Analysis

  • Review property information, transaction details, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions.
  • Review deal structures and identify important considerations or potential risks.
  • Prepare clear deal summaries and recommendations for leadership.
  • Maintain accurate supporting information for investment opportunities.

Deal Pipeline Management

  • Track active opportunities from initial lead through closing.
  • Maintain visibility into:
    • Deal status
    • Next steps
    • Deadlines
    • Follow-ups
    • Closing milestones
  • Ensure critical tasks and deadlines are completed on time.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks or risks before they delay transactions.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of deal progress and outstanding items.

Transaction Coordination

  • Coordinate communication between:
    • Buyers
    • Sellers
    • Real estate agents
    • Title companies
    • Internal stakeholders
    • External partners
  • Schedule calls, meetings, and transaction-related follow-ups.
  • Ensure all parties have the information they need to keep deals progressing.

CRM & Deal Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, activities, and deal statuses.
  • Keep property and transaction information organized and accessible.
  • Prepare reports and supporting deal documentation.
  • Ensure CRM records accurately reflect current deal status and next actions.
  • Maintain clean documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Reporting & Operational Visibility

  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into the active deal pipeline.
  • Prepare deal status updates and pipeline reports.
  • Highlight:
    • Upcoming deadlines
    • At-risk transactions
    • Outstanding follow-ups
    • Potential bottlenecks
  • Help leadership quickly understand where each opportunity stands.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies within deal and transaction workflows.
  • Recommend practical improvements to increase productivity.
  • Improve tracking, communication, and documentation processes.
  • Help create more scalable workflows as transaction volume grows.
  • Support initiatives designed to increase overall deal velocity.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day may start by reviewing the active deal pipeline, identifying upcoming deadlines, and checking which transactions require immediate follow-up.

You’ll review new opportunities and deal information, update CRM records, coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies, and ensure outstanding items are completed.

Throughout the day, you’ll prepare deal summaries, track transaction milestones, flag risks, and provide leadership with clear updates on where each opportunity stands.

In short: you help evaluate opportunities and keep real estate deals organized and moving from lead to closing.
