About Upstaff

Upstaff Remote connects skilled Philippine-based professionals with growing businesses around the world, providing dedicated remote talent that works as a seamless extension of our clients' teams.

On behalf of our client — a modern, technology-enabled Chartered Accounting practice based in Sydney, Australia — we are hiring a remote Client Services & Operations Coordinator. This is not a technical accounting position; it is a coordination and process role focused on keeping client work moving smoothly, improving systems, and embracing AI and technology to streamline operations.

We see this as a long-term opportunity. The right person will grow with the business, taking on greater hours, responsibility and leadership as operations expand.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support a high-volume, high-value mortgage broking practice.

This role focuses on credit analysis, serviceability assessments, and end-to-end loan processing support across multiple lenders.

You will work closely with the Broker and a Broker Assistant (based in Fiji), supporting the full loan journey from application through to settlement.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct serviceability calculations across multiple lenders based on client briefs and broker confirmation
  • Research lender credit policies and identify suitable loan options aligned with Best Interest Duty (BID) obligations
  • Liaise with BDMs, lenders, and credit assessors to clarify policy and product suitability
  • Prepare and submit loan applications using CRM systems (Salestrekker 1.0 & 2.0) and Aggregator platforms (SFG AOL/LoanApp)
  • Manage loan file progression from submission through to settlement, including conditions and valuation follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates in Salestrekker 2.0 in coordination with the Broker Assistant
  • Support post-settlement administration tasks as required
  • Assist in improving the Client Journey Management System (CJMS) and internal processes

What We’re Looking ForMinimum Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Australian mortgage broking support or credit analysis
  • 3+ years experience with AOL/LoanApp submission and management
  • 3+ years experience using lender broker portals (policy research, servicing calculators, loan tracking)
  • 2+ years experience with Salestrekker CRM (v1 & v2), including workflows, notifications, and automations
  • 2+ years experience liaising with BDMs and lender credit assessors
  • 1+ year experience using Quickli or similar servicing calculators

Technical & Role Requirements

  • Strong understanding of lender credit policies and serviceability frameworks
  • Experience managing multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in mortgage broking tools (Salestrekker, Stryd, Quickli, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Understanding of ACR requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Strong ethical and compliance-focused approach
  • Reliable WFH setup (stable internet, quiet workspace, equipment)

Soft Skills

  • Strong finance and accounting literacy (income, expenses, liabilities, asset assessment)
  • Solid understanding of mortgage broking industry structure and lender positioning
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with brokers, BDMs, lenders, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn broker reasoning and decision logic
  • High attention to detail, ensuring consistency across CRM, lender platforms, and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Why Join Us

  • Work with a high-performing Australian mortgage broking team
  • Exposure to end-to-end lending processes across multiple lenders
  • Strong learning and career growth in credit analysis and lending operations
  • Opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers and offshore teams
  • Structured but fast-paced environment with real responsibility from day one

Benefits & Working Arrangement

  • Work-from-home setup
  • Competitive salary of up to ₱70,000 per month
  • Working hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time)
  • Exposure to Australian mortgage broking operations
  • Long-term career growth opportunities in credit and lending operations

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Work from home
