Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality images.
- Prepare patients by explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.
- Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results.
- Operate CT scanning equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor patients during scans for safety and comfort.
- Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with radiologists to review images and provide preliminary findings.
- Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines.
- Stay updated on advancements in CT technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist
- Strong familiarity with CT software and image analysis.
