RACKS RESTAURANT PHILIPPINES (FOOD SERVER)

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a food and beverage setting, preferably in a casual dining restaurant.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level students and graduates are typically preferred.
  • Skills: Pleasing personality, strong communication skills, and a solid ability to provide "Filipino Hospitality".
  • Certifications: Having an F&B National Certificate II (NCII) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome and seat guests warmly, introduce menu items (especially their signature ribs), and make diners feel at home.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them properly to the kitchen, and verify accuracy before serving.
  • Table Maintenance: Perform pre-shift, ongoing, and closing duties, such as setting up tables, clearing empty plates, folding napkins, and refilling drinks.
  • Hospitality Standards: Check on guest satisfaction, handle concerns with a sense of urgency, and thank them warmly as they leave.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with the kitchen (Back of House) to ensure timely food delivery and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
