Full job description

MetroDental is looking for a Marketing Officer to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, advertising placements, and other marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in coordination and follow-through.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support marketing campaigns, projects, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, records, and reports.
  • Gather and organize marketing data for management review.
  • Coordinate with malls, advertising providers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential brand, corporate, event, and wellness partners.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, merchandise, printing, and other campaign requirements.
  • Assist with quotations, budgets, purchase requests, invoices, permits, and contracts.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and marketing expenses.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Coordinate with clinics and internal teams to ensure marketing activities are properly implemented.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, account coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and confident in coordinating with external partners.
  • Experience in events, mall marketing, healthcare, wellness, retail, or consumer services is an advantage.
