Quality Manager jobs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIIES:

• For Assistant Manager

・Supervise daily QC inspections (incoming, in‑process, outgoing)
・Manage and guide QC staff and inspectors
・Monitor and analyze quality data and defects
・Handle initial response to quality issues and implement corrective actions
・Coordinate with production and related departments
・Prepare quality reports for management

• For Manager

・Manage and lead the Quality Control team
・Establish and maintain quality systems and standards
・Handle customer complaints and major quality issues
・Lead audits (internal, customer, ISO)
・Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement
・Coordinate with production, engineering, and headquarters

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business or Engineering courses
- At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing set up and same capacity
- With Strong Quality Management experience
- ISO/IATF/QMS experience is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
• Quality management: 5 years (Required)
• IATF: 3 years (Required)
• ISO/QMS: 5 years (Required)
