SUMMARY OF DUTIES

• Leads the development and implementation of Enchanted Kingdom's Quality Management System to ensure consistent operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions across the organization.
• Monitors quality performance through audits, KPIs, and management reviews to improve efficiency, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborates with division leaders to standardize processes, manage quality risks, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Builds organizational capability by coaching teams and championing quality practices that support EK's strategic goals and magical guest experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures proper documentation and implementation of QMS across all divisions.
• Leads QMS reviews and organizational quality planning.
• Maps, reviews, and standardizes business processes.
• Leads continuous improvement projects and corrective actions.
• Applies root cause analysis and preventive improvement methodologies.
• Monitors compliance with quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Tracks and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Develops and monitors quality KPIs and dashboards.
• Analyzes trends, audit results, and operational performance data.
• Prepares quality reports and recommends improvement actions.
• Conducts quality awareness and process improvement training.
• Coaches process owners on quality tools and documentation standards.
• Champions best practices and employee engagement in quality initiatives.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance - ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry quality standards through monitoring and auditing.
• Performance Monitoring and Quality Analytics -Measures and analyzes quality performance to support informed decision-making and operational improvements.
• Quality Culture- promotes a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement by developing the competencies of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Operations Excellence, or Compliance, with 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Certification on ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt; Project Management certification is an advantage
