  • Responsible in monitoring and verifying the actual application of Quality Control and Food Safety Programs in every phase of manufacturing process of new and existing product that serve as mechanism for prevention and detection of substandard products.
  • Executes grading of products quality based on Acceptance-Rejection Criteria and discuss disposition with line officers to come-up with best possible product treatment.
  • Executes monitoring of actual application of SSOP and GMP imposed on manufacturing operations.
  • Executes performing of SE, interpreting physico-chemical test results and utilizing measurement data collated by support group to determine in-process and finished products quality trend.

  • Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry or Food Science
  • With working knowledge, background and skills in Product Specification conformance & Investigation, Food Product Safety, Physico-Chemical Analysis, Sensory Evaluation Raw & Packaging Materials, Product Grading and Sampling, Product Representation, Instrument Operation, Sanitizer Preparation, Good Laboratory Practices, Inventory of Remaining Ingredients and Product Traceability
