Job Overview:

Cavallino Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety in our commissary and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Food Technology and knowledgeable in food safety systems and quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency and quality of products produced in the commissary
  • Monitor and implement food safety standards and procedures
  • Conduct regular GMP audits in commissary and production areas
  • Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Serve as the point person for product quality concerns in restaurant operations
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives across operations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Food Technology
  • Knowledgeable in Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and report-writing skills
  • Experience in food manufacturing, commissary, or restaurant operations is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Merville, Parañaque City

Note: Compensation package will depend on proven work experience and qualification.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
