Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end test plans and validating that systems perform as expected across functionality, performance, stability, reliability, and integration with external systems.

This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in software testing, as well as candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility testing
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues
• Ensure software solutions meet quality standards before deployment
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 year of software testing experience (fresh graduates with a relevant background are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Postman, Agile environments (a plus)
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript)
• Strong IT and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong logical and problem-solving abilities

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid setup (on-site, client site, and work-from-home)

Work Location: In person
