Job Summary

As a Web Developer, you will assist in developing, enhancing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications and system features. You will work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions while gaining hands-on experience with real-world software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and system features.
• Assist in enhancing and supporting existing systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical, functional, and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements.
• Follow coding standards, development best practices, and proper documentation procedures.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and system reliability.
• Assist in implementing new features, system updates, integrations, and enhancements.
• Conduct basic testing and debugging to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and overall user experience.
• Stay updated on relevant web development tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP, preferably with experience in Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic version control practices.
• Must have completed at least 1–2 web-based projects, whether academic, internship, freelance, or personal projects.
• Basic understanding of the web development lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web application concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote or flexible work setup.
• Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
