Job Summary

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python applications and platforms.
  • Translate system architecture and business requirements into scalable Python solutions using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
  • Drive architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to define technical roadmaps.
  • Review code, manage technical risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support system optimization, scalability, and performance improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Python development (non-negotiable).
  • Experience translating architecture into Python using AI-assisted tools.
  • Strong understanding of software design, APIs, and backend development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • AI/ML experience (any platform or tool).
  • React experience.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or other RDBMS.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
