Purchasing Staff Medical jobs in Manila

• Responsible mainly in maintaining purchasing records and files that includes: encoding, filing of documents, encoding PO copies to suppliers, monitoring of PO & delivery status, updating files.
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and payment terms
• Maintain and update supplier database and purchasing records
• Monitor PO and ensure timely delivery
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Coordinating of requests/suppliers as needed.
• Update of Receiving Report in the Summary of PO
• Collate data for Suppliers Evaluation
• Research potential vendors
• May perform other given task from time to time
• Handle local purchasing activities, including canvassing, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders
• Support day-to-day office operations as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• With 1-2 years experience (purchasing/admin background is an advantage)
• Familiar with order management, forecasting, and purchase order preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication, administrative skills and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Spreadsheet and Word) and basic computer applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
