The role of CSA Teller is to generate business for the Bank by providing excellent customer service by efficiently processing clients’ over-the-counter transactions. To ensure unhampered branch operations by successfully performing other functions in the absence of the incumbents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Efficiently process all over-the-counter transactions

· Verifies cash as to genuineness and check deposits for any technical deficiencies before posting

· Perform piece count and machine count for cash transactions as applicable

· Sort, bundle and transfer all excess cash to BSCO at regular intervals during the day

· Ensure approval for transactions beyond authority limit

· Ensure accurate posting/validation of client's transaction document

· Conduct signature verification and approval of over-the-counter transactions in accordance to CSAs approving limit

· Ensures that late check deposits are properly accounted

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
