The Psychometrician is responsible for administering, scoring, interpreting, and maintaining psychological and psychometric assessment tools used in recruitment, employee development, performance management, organizational development, and employee wellness programs. The position provides technical support in talent acquisition, competency assessment, training needs analysis, career development, and other human resource initiatives while ensuring compliance with professional and ethical standards governing psychological assessments.
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
