What we're looking for:

• Registered / Licensed Psychometrician (RPm)
• Newly boards passers are welcome to apply!
• Experience in organizing and administering standardized psychological tests (specifically student assessment tools like the College Adjustment Scale) to large groups or student batches)
• Proven track record in precise manual and/or digital scoring, encoding, profiling, and interpreting psychological test results.
• Skilled in logistical preparation, sorting, and batching of test materials (answer sheets, test booklets, and personal information sheets) per classroom/section based on enrollment projections.
• Familiarity with strict confidentiality guidelines, document retention policies, and secure disposal protocols (e.g., proper shredding of sensitive assessment materials).
• Ability to coordinate material preparation efficiently across multiple terms and enrollment numbers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear weekly progress updates, track task completion, and escalate issues promptly.
• Deep commitment to professional ethics, data privacy, and student record protection.

What will be your role:

• The Project-Based Psychometrician will be responsible for preparing, administering, scoring, profiling, and managing the student lifecycle of psychological test materials and other assessment instruments—for Frosh and Transferee students during Academic Year 2026–2027.
