Job Summary
The Psychometrician assists in the development, administration, and regulation of valid and reliable psychometric assessment tools. The role involves conducting research studies, managing and analyzing data, generating assessment reports, and ensuring quality assurance across testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Management
  • Manage and maintain test questions across all testing platforms
  • Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of assessments
  • Provide accurate information and support regarding testing procedures
  • Report Generation
  • Generate and present accurate and reliable assessment reports
  • Ensure the validity and reliability of all reports produced
  • Data Management
  • Collect, organize, and maintain assessment data on a regular basis
  • Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Prepare data for statistical analysis
  • Analyze data and interpret results to support assessment objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • Licensed Psychometrician
  • With Laptop & stable internet
  • Willing to undergo paid Trainings onsite & online
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
