General Summary: The Encoder/Proof Reader is assigned at Pre-Press Section and is responsible, to a set of activities required for systematically controlling the creation, distribution, use, maintenance, and disposition of recorded information maintained as evidence of business activities and transactions.

Education: Graduate of Information Technology

Experience: At least 1 year experience doing office report encoding

Other Qualifications :

  • Good proofing skills, attention to details and follow through
  • Basic knowledge in graphic designs preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Orientation: Organized, strong attention to details, results oriented, customer service oriented, self-directed, can work independently and as a team, highly motivated, ability to grasp client needs & consider practical solution/s
  • Skills: Creativity, keen eye for aesthetics and details, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and verbal, solid judgement along with decision making skills, computer proficiency (rapidly and accurately input/retrieve records and information), manage multiple complex projects simultaneously,
  • Ability to take direction from multiple resources
  • Comfortable with fast pace and continuous change
  • Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Saturday
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Knowledge with, Microsoft Excel, Corel and Illustrator software.
  • Ability to perform all production functions, when necessary

Pay: Php695.00 - Php700.00 per day
