Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Content Creation

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused product descriptions that clearly communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Develop engaging category page content that improves customer experience while supporting SEO and organic search performance.
• Create informative and valuable blog articles covering products, buying guides, industry trends, and educational content that strengthens brand authority.
• Produce compelling marketing copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other digital channels as required.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.

Technical Documentation

• Create clear, accurate, and user-friendly product manuals, installation guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documentation, and instructional materials.
• Translate technical information into customer-friendly language without compromising accuracy.

AI Content Innovation

• Leverage AI-powered writing and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grammarly, SurferSEO, Jasper, or similar platforms to improve research, ideation, content development, and editing workflows.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into content creation processes while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that increase team productivity and content quality.
• Document and share AI best practices, prompts, and workflows with the wider Marketing team.

Editing & Quality Assurance

• Edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Review content for spelling, punctuation, formatting, SEO optimization, readability, and factual correctness before publication.
• Maintain high editorial standards across all customer-facing content.

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, digital marketers, SEO specialists, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support the Senior Marketing Copywriter and broader Marketing team with copywriting and content-related initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional copywriting experience supporting remote clients or businesses outside the Philippines.
• Proven experience in e-commerce copywriting, including SEO content, product descriptions, category pages, and digital marketing content.
• Experience writing for online marketplaces such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Technical writing experience, including product manuals, user guides, or knowledge base documentation, is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, search intent, and content optimization.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency with AI-powered writing, editing, and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grammarly, Jasper, SurferSEO, or equivalent solutions.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
