Job Objective

  • To generate sales and hit sales target as mandated.
  • To introduce, promote and impress the demand for the assigned medical equipments and to maintain rapport with customers even after sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion

  • Implements and executes management approved quota.
  • Makes a regular coverage of assigned hospitals to promote the use of the equipments to physicians, nurses, technicians and other key personnel.
  • Submits product samples to customer and secures result of evaluation.
  • Conducts follow-ups to secure first order of items being installed.
  • Ensure re-orders of all items installed.
  • Gets the customer recognize their need for the equipments in their professional practice.
  • Learns the equipment usage and needs of customers.
  • Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and other needs with complete satisfaction.
  • Builds rapport with the customers.
  • Keeps track of each Sales Order of assigned clients.
  • Awareness of each Sales order status.
  • Coordination with and correct information dissemination to clients regarding status of Sales orders.

Reports

  • Submits Monthly Sales Report.
  • Plan Weekly Itinerary together with the Manager to ensure proper coverage of all assigned accounts.
  • Submit monthly business proposal per account/hospital.

Others

  • Attends conventions and exhibits.
  • Maintains and handles properly all the properties issued by the company such as promotional materials, samples, accountable forms, etc.
  • Undertakes surveys as requested and completes special assignments related to the job.
  • Ensures and assures management on maintaining levels of confidentiality.
  • Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
