Full job description

We are looking for a senior, technically fluent Technical Program Manager to take ownership of a complex platform stabilisation programme while keeping an ambitious technology delivery pipeline moving.

We are partway through a major platform migration that has created data integrity and operational issues requiring structured remediation. At the same time, we have a significant forward development roadmap that needs clear prioritisation, sequencing and delivery discipline.

This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer, with direct exposure to the CEO during the current stabilisation programme.

What you will do
Lead the remaining platform migration and data remediation programme.
Assess and prioritise data integrity issues and define a clear path to a clean and stable state.
Establish remediation owners, timelines and measurable completion criteria.
Manage the forward technology pipeline as one coordinated programme.
Break complex goals into achievable delivery increments.
Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Data, Finance, Customer Operations and external partners.
Identify risks early and drive clear mitigation actions.
Provide honest and reliable programme updates to executives and the board.
Introduce practical planning, prioritisation, change-control and post-incident practices.
Improve delivery predictability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

What we are looking for
Ideally 7+ years of programme or technology delivery management experience, including several years at a senior level.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technology programmes from planning through delivery.
Strong technical fluency across systems, APIs, integrations, databases, data models and platform migrations.
Demonstrated experience leading or recovering a major system migration or data-remediation programme.
Experience working in a software-led or engineering-heavy organisation.
Experience delivering technology for retail or consumer customers at scale.
Strong risk, dependency and stakeholder-management skills.
Confidence communicating with engineers, operational teams, executives and board-level stakeholders.
A calm and structured approach when working through uncertainty, incidents and competing priorities.

Nice to have
Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, banking or another regulated environment.
Familiarity with data-sensitive or APRA-regulated operating environments.
Experience with Jira, delivery dashboards and Agile or hybrid delivery practices.
Experience working in a fast-growing or scale-up organisation.

What success looks like

Within your first 90 days, you will have established a complete view of the migration’s outstanding data issues, a credible remediation plan with owners and dates, and a single sequenced view of the forward delivery pipeline.

Within six months, migration issues should be consistently reducing, delivery should be more predictable, and leadership should have confidence in programme reporting without needing to investigate every detail.

Why join us?

You will have the opportunity to bring structure to an important technology programme, improve how the organisation delivers and directly influence the stability and growth of a customer-focused Australian pet insurance and care group.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership environment. Bring solutions, create clarity and make a measurable impact.

Pay: Php170,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Health insurance
  • Work from home

Work Location: Remote
