About the Role

If you have experience in healthcare, whether as a nurse, a healthcare representative, or a Medical VA, and you’re looking for a stable on-site role where your skills directly support patient care operations, this could be a great fit for you.

We’re looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to join our team on-site in Cebu. You’ll support healthcare clients with a mix of administrative and patient coordination tasks, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently across different medical practices.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare support environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support patient coordination and appointment-related tasks
• Assist in maintaining and updating medical records accurately
• Communicate with patients and healthcare staff in a professional manner
• Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology in day-to-day tasks
• Perform other healthcare-related support tasks as needed, depending on client requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in healthcare support, medical assisting or similar experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic workflows
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Experience handling medical records is a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu

• Non-RN candidates with experience in a healthcare BPO account or as a Medical Virtual Assistant

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
