Join our Production team as Production Operator.

Job Summary:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• At least High School/Vocational Graduate
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Preferably with compounding experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Has the bayanihan spirit!
• Works well with people and does not hesitate to support other teams.
• Highly interested in working for the benefit of our country and our people.
• Must be willing to work at our Carmelray Canlubang Plant!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,900.00 per month
