Job Summary

The Junior Production Staff supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting in production processes, monitoring workflow, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role provides hands‑on support to production supervisors and contributes to maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing environment.

JOB DETAILS

  • Salary: Php 20,000 AND ABOVE (Open Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in operating and monitoring production equipment.
  • Support production supervisors in implementing schedules and meeting output targets.
  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and organize materials needed for production runs.
  • Report equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors promptly.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, vocational course, or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage but not required (entry‑level candidates welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
