• Title Position: Jr. Production Staff
• Location: Lapu Lapu Cebu
• Salary: Php 20,000 AND ABOVE (Open Negotiable)

• Work Schedule: Fix Dayshift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and monitoring production equipment.
• Support production supervisors in implementing schedules and meeting output targets.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Prepare and organize materials needed for production runs.
• Report equipment issues or process deviations to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational course, or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage but not required (entry‑level candidates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of production processes and safety practices.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
