Full job description

We're hiring 2 experienced Procurement Executives to manage sourcing and purchasing across our e-commerce operations.

What You'll Do
Reorder from existing suppliers based on sales and inventory data
Create and issue Purchase Orders
Contact and onboard new suppliers to expand product range
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms
Track shipments and coordinate with warehouse on inbound stock

Requirements
Minimum 3 years procurement experience in e-commerce, retail, or trading
Proven track record managing supplier relationships and PO workflows
Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets) to drive reorder decisions
Strong negotiation skills with both local and overseas suppliers (China experience a plus)
Self-managed, organized, reliable on deadlines
Fluent written English
