Position Description:

  • We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Human Resources team as an HR Associate.
  • This role requires an HR professional with a strong continuous improvement mindset, focusing on enhancing and streamlining existing HR processes.
  • You will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You will implement and enforce HR policies to meet compliance standards and facilitate a professional, results-driven work environment.
  • 100% Remote

HRA Duties

  • HR Operations: Full management of HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies, propose, and implement process improvements across HR functions to optimize workflow.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate employee training programs, equipping our team with essential skills and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Employee Communications: Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries, and manage internal HR communications with discretion.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding for new hires and departing employees.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate travel and scheduling for employees as needed.

Location

  • 100% work from home (remote)

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Central Standard Time (Time in Houston, Texas, USA), Saturday as needed

Required:

  • 18-month minimum commitment required
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; multi-tasking capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and adept at adapting quickly to new tools.
  • Problem-Solver: Solutions-focused, autonomous, and resilient under pressure.
  • Analytical Skills: High IQ, logical thinker, strong analytical ability, quick to learn, and articulate in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Drug screens and background check

Pay: Php510,000.00 - Php600,000.00 per year
