You’ll speak to people planning holidays, family trips and important journeys, help them with their questions, follow up when they need support and make sure they feel comfortable and looked after throughout their experience with us.

So if you’re someone who genuinely likes talking to people, enjoys building relationships and gets satisfaction from helping someone have a great experience, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

From there, you’ll start learning the wider business.

As you develop, you may spend time supporting different functions every few months, giving you exposure to areas such as customer experience, operations, sales support, quality and audit, ticketing, corporate travel and visa services.

The aim is to help you build a broad foundation, understand where your strengths lie and develop towards the areas where you can make the biggest impact.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be hands-on from the beginning.

You’ll:

• Speak with customers over the phone, chat and email, making sure they feel welcomed, heard and supported
• Build relationships with customers and understand what they need rather than simply responding to a query
• Follow up on enquiries and check in with customers throughout their journey with us
• Carry out customer health checks to make sure people are receiving the right level of service and nothing is being missed
• Support incoming enquiries and help connect customers with the right consultant
• Assist consultants and other teams with day-to-day operational work
• Carry out quality checks and audits to help us maintain our service standards
• Keep customer and operational information accurate and up to date
• Learn rates, reservations, booking processes, ticketing and other areas of travel operations as you progress
• Get involved with different teams and projects as your experience grows

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need previous travel experience. We can teach you the travel side.

What’s harder to teach is genuine curiosity about people, a willingness to help and the drive to keep learning.

You might be a fresh graduate looking for the right place to start, or have some early experience in customer service, BPO, hospitality, sales, administration or operations.

You’ll probably be a good fit if you:

• Enjoy talking to people and naturally build good relationships
• Can make customers feel comfortable, even when they’re unsure, frustrated or need something explained
• Communicate confidently and professionally in English
• Listen properly and ask good questions before jumping to an answer
• Take ownership and follow things through
• Pay attention to detail and notice when something doesn’t look right
• Are comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Take feedback well and genuinely want to improve
• Can adapt as your responsibilities change
• Are curious about how different parts of a business work
• Are serious about building a career and prepared to put the work into developing one

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
