Job Description Summary:

Ensure that all injection machines and accessories equipment’s are maintained at all times to meet the production output per day and quality standard of molded products.

About the Job:

  • Ensure all injection machine, mold and accessories equipment’s parts to be used are within the specifications conforming the ISO standards.
  • Assist in the preventive maintenance of all injection machines, molds and accessories equipments.
  • Ensure that all machines, molds and accessories are well maintained, good running condition and status is properly coordinated with Maintenance Foreman and Molding Supervisor.
  • Analyzes product process reject and make necessary corrective action if there is any deviation from standard.
  • Initiates/recommends repairs, rehabilitation of machine, tools peripheral equipment, accessories to improve machine efficiency.
  • Updates report and assists in documentations of the department.
  • Perform other job related functions that the superior may assigned i.e. handles additional injection machines, assign to other areas due to material shortage or lack of personnel.

Required Skill(s):

  • Good Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Both written and verbal communication.
  • Well-organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines; exhibit good motivational skills to bring out the best in team members.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Professional License (PRC Board passer) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fresh Graduates with PRC license are welcome to apply.
  • With 2 Year(s) of working experience in a manufacturing set-up
  • Candidate must be residing near Laguna Technopark Incorporated (LTI) or willing to relocate to City of Biñan Laguna.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
