Role Description:

  • To take charge of all compliance matters of CGBP and other institutions in a timely manner as she may be assigned including application and updating of business permits, accreditations, and other documentations needed in the operation and going concerns of the organization/s.
  • Oversee the accreditation processes with the various regulatory bodies to ensure the company maintains its accreditation status
  • Stay informed and updated on all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines set by governing bodies and other relevant authorities including but not limited to: LGU (Local Government Unit), SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education), BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), CSC (Civil Service Commission), Career Executive Service Board (CESB), Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), GCG (Governance Commission for GOCCs), DILG-LGA (Department of the Interior and Local Government - Local Government Academy), AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and PRC (Professional Regulation Commission).
  • Develop, format and maintain accurate documentation and other for training programs, consulting engagements and compliance-related projects
  • Ensure all materials adhere to internal standards, brand guidelines and relevant regulatory or accreditation requirements
  • Maintain organized records of training documentation, participant attendance, certificates, and evaluation results for audit and compliance purposes
  • Support trainers and facilitators in preparing pre-event, in-session and post-event documentation (e.g., attendance sheets, feedback forms, reports)
  • Manage documentation flow and archiving system for all projects and engagements
  • Provide logistical and documentation assistance during training events and webinars
  • Contribute to process improvement by developing standardized documentation templates and checklists for consistency and efficiency
  • Other tasks that might be assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Strong critical, analytical, problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Willing to work full-time on-site
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations and Administration or any related field
  • Experience in the consulting or training industry is a plus

Compensation is up to Php 23,000 + other benefits and perks await the RIGHT candidates!

Relocation, boarding & / or transportation allowance will be provided for those eligible candidates residing far from the office.
