• Create and publish job ads in various job portals such as but not limited to Job Street, Indeed, Jora, social media like Facebook, etc.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during job events.
• Screen resumes/CVs and job applications based on the qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Always Maintain good relationship with all the applicants.
• Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Ensures that all recruitment documents are complete/in-tact and timely submitted.
• Conducts and facilitate recruitment orientation to all applicants.
• Shows versatility and promptness in performing other tasks that may be directed and assigned by the Recruitment Supervisor

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related courses
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role that included interviewing, screening, and tracking candidates through the entire hiring process.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical roles and job requirements.
• Good time management skills
