Full job description

POSITION: POLICY ISSUANCE STAFF

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- With experience in Policy Issuance (Non-life Insurance)
- Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Process approved insurance applications for policy issuance.
- Prepare, review, and issue insurance policies, endorsements, certificates, and related documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of policy details, premiums, coverage, and client information before issuance.
- Encode and maintain policy information in the company's insurance system.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Sales, Account Officers, and other departments regarding policy requirements and pending documents.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
