AlliedBankers Insurance Corporation is looking for one (1) Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Location: Binondo, Manila

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Accounting Information System, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Can start as soon as possible

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing commissions for licensed agents and brokers, including other sales incentives for agents. He also handles the processing of service fees and other incentives for bancassurance products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Processing of Commission Payable to Brokers licensed agents and brokers.

a) Reconcile and validate outstanding commission payable as requested by licensed agents and brokers.

b) Generate and print commission vouchers.

c) Prepare Request for Payment (RFP) for review of superiors and approvers.

2) Handles processing of service fee / incentives for Bancassurance Product

a) Receive and analyze submitted Payment Request Form (PRF) and reports on sales and marketing.

b) Check commission rates and prepare Request for Payment (RFP) for review of superiors and approvers.

3) Preparation and processing of Annual Contingent Profit Commission

a) Generate Report through Abicore Adhoc

b) Checking and Analyzing Extracted Data

c) Processing Computation of Various Agents

4) Preparation of Commission Payable schedule

5) Preparation of Various Accounts Payable schedule

6) Bank Reconciliation of PNB Account 7676

Other task requirement related to function

1. Attending to the queries, questions and other issues related to commission.

2. Issuance of BIR Form 2307 for the remittance of brokers through net of commission arrangements

3. Performs other duties/functions as may be assigned by superior(s).
