Full job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and product presentations
  • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs for partners and customers
  • Help set up and manage product trials
  • Follow up with partners during trial periods to support product adoption
  • Provide Level 1 support and basic troubleshooting for partners
  • Escalate technical issues to vendors when needed
  • Perform regular check-ins with customers and partners
  • Help identify opportunities for additional products or services
  • Support vendor campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Work closely with vendors, sales teams, and partners to ensure smooth communication

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in sales support, customer support, or IT support
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and business partners
  • Basic troubleshooting or technical support experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or MSP environments is preferred
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
