Full job description
Marshal Electrical & Metal Products Co. Ltd. is looking for an Production Control Secretary to assist in production scheduling, inventory monitoring, documentation, and daily coordination activities.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing daily production schedules
- Monitor production progress and update reports
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing departments
- Update inventory records and stock monitoring sheets
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain production records and ISO documentation
- Assist during inventory counting and audits
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, or related course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Location:
Meycauayan, Bulacan
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
