FULL TIME FACULTY

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs job functions consistent with the institution’s vision and mission statements, and shared values system; ensures that students similarly espouse and operationalize the vision, mission, and shared values of the institution.
• Undertakes the preparation revision or update of the curriculum and the course syllabi, consulting with the Program Chair and the Dean.
• Undertakes classroom management and delivery of instructions through creative and innovative teaching, proctoring, mentoring, and advising following the prescribed syllabus.
• Undertakes student consultation and academic advising.
• Communicates and consults with the parents of students.
• Teaches, according to their educational needs, the students assigned to him/her.
• Renders service for teaching and performance of other responsibilities such as research, community extension services, consultations, committee work, and preparation of instructional materials.
• Submits periodic and year-end reports to the Program Chair.
• Renders non-teaching duties during enrollment, foundation week, commencement week, community outreach activities, and examination week, and during other official activities undertaken by the school.
• Submits research and creative outputs after two semesters, either individual or collaborative work, as prescribed by the Research Development Office (RDO).
• Substitutes classes if necessary.
• Ensures that deadlines are complied
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as may be deemed necessary by their immediate superior.

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PRC License as Professional Teacher (Preferred)
• PRC License as Physical Therapist (Preferred)
