Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Physical Therapy (PT) Assistant to provide administrative support to our therapy backend office team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in physical therapy or healthcare who is comfortable managing patient-related documentation, scheduling, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, and familiar with healthcare systems and patient confidentiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the therapy backend office team
• Assist with patient scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Manage digital files, emails, and case-related information
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and case management tasks
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality in all communications and documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT)
• Licensed Physical Therapist is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level)
• Previous experience in a healthcare, physical therapy, or therapy-related setting
• Experience using WellSky/Kinnser
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and self-motivated

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time remote position supporting a U.S.-based account. Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: Php37,500.00 - Php43,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapist License (Preferred)
