Lamp Light Studios Multimedia Production is a professional photography and videography studio based in Pasig City, Philippines. We specialize in delivering high-quality visual content to a wide range of clients, including educational institutions, corporate organizations, and private individuals.

Our services cover graduation pictorials, corporate events, family portraits, civil weddings, and other special occasions. Every project is executed with professionalism, creativity, and great attention to detail to ensure that clients receive images and videos that meet the highest standards.

We cater to both individual clients and companies across Metro Manila and nearby cities, and we are also trusted for internal corporate projects and private company events.

Job Summary: Photo Studio Crew

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Photo Studio Crew member to support our studio operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality photoshoot experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of assisting in various aspects of studio work, from equipment handling to client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist photographers and videographers during studio and on-location shoots.
● Prepare, set up, and maintain studio equipment such as lights, backdrops, and props.
● Welcome, guide, and assist clients during pictorials and events.
● Help with wardrobe organization, basic styling support, and overall client preparation.
● Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the studio, workstations, and equipment.
● Manage file transfers, backups, and basic organization of digital assets.
● Support creative teams with production requirements and behind-the-scenes tasks.
● Coordinate with team members to ensure each shoot follows the planned schedule.
● Perform other studio-related tasks assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

● Experience in a photo studio or production environment is a plus but not required.
● Basic knowledge of photography equipment and lighting is an advantage.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Good communication and customer-service skills.
● Willingness to learn and adapt to different studio workflows.
● Physically capable of handling equipment and studio setups.
● Can work independently or within a team.
● Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
