Part-Time Administrative Assistant for an Australian Plumbing Account

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support a growing Australian plumbing business.

This is a part-time remote role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, following up on tasks, and helping a busy team stay on top of their workload.

You don't need experience with every software we use. Training will be provided. What matters most is that you're proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Your day-to-day tasks may include:

* Updating and maintaining records in company systems
* Organising files, documents, and project information
* Assisting with purchase orders and supplier invoices
* Tracking job progress and updating reports
* Reviewing timesheets and administrative records
* Following up on missing information and documents
* Assisting with data entry and system updates
* Supporting the management team with general administrative tasks
* Helping ensure projects and paperwork stay organised and up to date

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED
* Experience using Xero
* Strong attention to detail
* Good written and verbal English communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Reliable internet connection and computer setup
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* AroFlo
