[Remittance] Philippines Customer Service Officer

Working Conditions: Full time, Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry/Junior-level Overseas Customer Service Officer to support Philippines-based customers with inquiries, Social Media channel management, and after-sales services.

This role requires communication skills, accuracy in task handling, and the ability to work independently while reporting daily to the Marketing Head. Fluency in Filipino is required and basic proficiency in English is preferred for internal communication purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Social Media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers with Remittance services and follow internal procedures.
  • Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with HQ teams, including Cards, Simcards, Compliance, IT, and Operations.
  • Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.

Work Hours & Shifts

  • 5 working days a week (may include weekends or holidays)
  • Minimum 40 hours per week (Excuding 1 hour daily break time)

* Please note that shifts are subject to adjustment based on operational needs.

* Candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).

Requirements

  • Stable laptop and internet connection.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets.
  • Fluency in Filipino, plus proficiency in English or Korean is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary fixed in USD; converted to KRW monthly via xe.com rate.
  • Laptop subsidy after 1 year of continuous employment.
  • Monthly incentives available after probation period.
  • Annual bonus based on KPI achievement.
  • 12 days of Annual Leave per year.

* This position follows local market salary standards for entry-level to junior-level positions in Philippines.
