Full job description
Responsible for the overall management of transportation for local employees and expat. Manage relationships which includes, but not limited to service provider performance, compliance monitoring and statutory requirements. Involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing transportation operations to ensure employees/items reach their destination on time, safely, and cost-effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transportation operations.
- Optimize driver scheduling.
- Efficiently assign and dispatch drivers.
- Coordinate external transportation requests.
- Facilitate proactive communication to minimize delay.
- Provide employee support for shuttle services.
- Ensure service provider compliance and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships for seamless transactions.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferably with at least 2 years working experience in fleet or transportation management.
- Computer literate.
