About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lemon Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting attorneys in consumer protection and civil litigation matters, with a strong understanding of Lemon Law arbitration and litigation processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and experience preparing legal documents and case files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file Lemon Law arbitration claims with organizations such as BBB Auto Line and NCDS (National Center for Dispute Settlement).
  • Compile, organize, and submit supporting documentation for arbitration proceedings.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing litigation complaints.
  • Prepare and coordinate court filings, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
  • Support the discovery process by obtaining, organizing, and reviewing necessary documents and information.
  • Maintain accurate case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, manufacturers, arbitration programs, courts, and other parties as needed.
  • Assist with general case management and administrative support throughout the lifecycle of Lemon Law matters.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation.
  • Knowledge of Lemon Law arbitration procedures, including BBB Auto Line and NCDS, is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with court filing procedures and litigation support.
  • Experience assisting with discovery and document management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • court e-filing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Arbitration e-filing: 1 year (Preferred)
