Our flagship product, OneLead, helps businesses capture, qualify, and convert leads across web, chat, and messaging channels — backed by real-time automation and AI. We also build LoonaLabs, a SaaS content-creation and campaign platform with AI-assisted template building and subscription billing — alongside a growing portfolio of web apps, internal tools, and integrations.

You'll join a small, fast-moving engineering team that ships real features to real customers every week. We value clean code, ownership, and people who can move comfortably across the full stack.

The Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain features end to end from database and API to polished, responsive user interfaces. You'll work across our web apps, backend services, and supporting tooling, collaborating closely with the team on a shared roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features across our web applications and backend services
• Design and implement REST APIs, data models, and database schemas
• Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces in React and Next.js
• Integrate third-party services (payments, messaging, analytics, AI, cloud storage)
• Write tests, review code, and help keep our codebase healthy and maintainable
• Debug production issues and contribute to real-time, event-driven features
• Collaborate with the team in daily standups and async discussion

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js
• Backend experience with Node.js (Express or similar)
• Experience with Python and the Django framework
• Experience with relational databases — PostgreSQL and an ORM such as Prisma or the Django ORM
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication (JWT), and Git workflows
• Comfortable writing clean, tested, maintainable code
• Strong written English and the ability to work independently in a remote team

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native / Expo for mobile development
• Familiarity with Redis, queues (BullMQ), or real-time tooling (Ably / WebSockets)
• Cloud and deployment experience: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — including Cloud Run, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub — plus Vercel and serverless
• Testing with Vitest / Testing Library
• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into products
• Tailwind CSS and component libraries (HeroUI, MUI)
