Job Description

• Providing guidance and assistance to agents on name changes and schedule adjustments.
• Facilitating bookings for ancillary products, managing credit card payments within GDS limitations.
• Handling adhoc approvals outside standard booking conditions.
• Conducting agent education on company processes and policies through the Agents website.
• Demonstrating thorough knowledge of airline products.
• Offering administrative support for client accounts.
• Monitoring contracts and distributing tariffs and industry updates.
• Maintaining fare distribution database and e-newsletter.
• Communicating necessary updates to the Agents Website.
• Generating reports on requests, issued documents, and Travel Service Requests (TSRs).
• Managing event ticketing for key trade events and Fam trips.
• Handling group bookings from quoting to ticketing and payment processing.
• Providing support for Other Airline (OAL) sectors in collaboration with the team.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any related courses.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in tourism sales, ideally with an airline company
• Understanding travel industry/aviation market and mechanics of trade
• Technical understanding of airline operations, reservations and group sales
• Technical understanding of the various channels of distribution used in the marketplace
• Experienced in Sabre is required
• Advanced organizing skills
• Effective communication
• Distinctive sales personality with passion for the airline industry and understanding of the segments of the travel and tourism industry
• Team player and also able to work autonomously.
• Self- motivated with a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
